Eligibility:
The Supersoccerskills camps are open to boys and girls between the ages of 6 & 15. The participant must be at least 7 years of age or no older than 15 years of age on the last day of the Supersoccerskills Camp that they are attending.
Insurance:
All Supersoccerskills Camp venues will be covered by Public Liability Insurance but not for Personal Accident.
Fees & Discounts:
Once the fees have been received, a receipt will be issued by email. The receipt is confirmation of your place on the Supersoccerskills Camp. For bookings made directly with the host venue, cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the host venue.
Family discounts apply to the second, third and fourth child on a booking. Family discounts apply to registrations made at the same time within the same booking, and cannot be applied retrospectively.
A late booking fee of €10 will apply to places booked within Five days of your chosen camp’s start date. This €10 will be automatically added to the price of all bookings made within 5 days of your chosen camp’s start date. A €50 extra-time booking made within 5 days of your chosen camp’s start date will not incur an additional €10 charge.
Medical Consent:
The Company will not permit any child to participate in the Supersoccerskills Camp Programme without a medical consent form completed by their parent(s)/guardian(s). By signing up to the programme you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor. You also consent to your child being taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency. The Company reserve the right to refuse an applicant based on the information provided in the medical consent form. If there is any change to the medical information you provided on your application form you must inform us prior to your Supersoccerskills Camp.
Damages/Injuries/Loss of Possessions:
The Supersoccerskills camps are staffed by accredited FAI Coaches appointed by the host venue who will implement the highest safety measures. The Company will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home. At mainstream Supersoccerskills Camp, participants may be asked to assume the position of goalkeeper or play with participants of a different age. The parent / guardian of any child who does not wish their child to assume this position or play with children of a different age must make it known to the Head Coach on the first day of their Supersoccerskills Camp. In the absence of such notification it shall be deemed that the parent/guardian has consented to their child assuming a goalkeeping position or too playing with children of a different age if requested to do so by a coach.
Conduct:
Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from the Supersoccerskills Camp and any fees will not be refunded. In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave the Supersoccerskills Camp Programme during the coaching session times without the written consent of a parent/guardian. If a child is expelled from their Supersoccerskills Camp, their parent/guardian will be contacted immediately and appropriate arrangements for the collection of the child will be made should the participant not have parental consent to travel to and from the venue.
Playing Attire:
All participants must wear the official Supersoccerskills Camp playing jersey at all times throughout the duration of the camp.
All participants must wear appropriate boots and must wear their shin pads.
General Information:
The Company Local Venue Coordinator and Head Coach are responsible to the Company for all activities for the duration of the Supersoccerskills Camp Programme at his/her local venue. The Company Head Coach in charge will manage all coaching activities during the Soccer School period in his/her venue.
Photographic or Video Permission:
All participants on the Supersoccerskills Camp Programme may be used in photographic or video material for promotional purposes by the Company. If the participating child is under a court order or is in care of the HSE the parent/guardian must advise the Company of this in writing before the commencement of the Supersoccerskills Camp. If any parent/guardian does not want their child to be photographed or videoed by the Company for promotional purposes, the parent/guardian must advise this via email to willod1978@gmail.com
Weather:
The Company shall not be accountable should the Supersoccerskills Camp programme activities be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise alternative indoor activities, only if the host club or venue can provide such an indoor facility. Please note the vast majority of Supersoccerskills Camp venues cannot provide indoor playing facilities. Should such a facility not be available and the conditions show no signs of improving, the Company will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected.
Cancellations & Camp Transfers:
All cancellations must be notified via email to willod1978@gmail.com All cancellations carry a €10 cancellation fee, except where the cancellation is made after the Summer Soccer School has commenced in which case there is no refund.
In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to facilitate transfer of bookings to alternative dates/venues. If you wish to transfer a booking you must contact willod1978@gmail.com at least one full week prior to the start date of the original booking. Venue and date changes can be facilitated, but substitution of participants is not allowed.
COVID 19

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, extra precautions have been put in place to mitigate the risk of any person attending our camps from contracting any disease whilst on our camp. These measures are in line with the FAI Safer Return to Play Protocol and expert advice from the Government, HSÉ and Health and Safety Consultants.
Refunds:
No refunds will be made after the playing kit has been presented to the participants or should the cancellation be notified after the camp has commenced. In the unlikely event that inclement weather forces the cancellation of the full week’s activities a full refund will be issued. If inclement weather causes only partial cancellation of the week, no refund will be issued. The Company must be notified of any refund queries before Monday 30th June 2023
